1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya7 ("taya7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya7.net. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the taya7 platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and any other policies published on the taya7 platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a taya7 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

taya7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) taya7 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or another person's identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in any related accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password for your taya7 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your taya7 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify taya7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

taya7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. taya7 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you unless and until you notify us of a security breach in accordance with the procedures outlined in our support documentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

taya7 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed in your taya7 account wallet section.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. taya7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit interface within your taya7 account. Deposits made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) are credited to your taya7 wallet in real time or within the processing time specified by your chosen payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable identity verification (KYC) process before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your taya7 account.
• taya7 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes of approval, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• taya7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Any withdrawal request associated with an account under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms may be held pending resolution of such investigation.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your account. taya7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtimes, or events outside taya7's reasonable control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

taya7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all taya7 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available to one eligible player per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. taya7 reserves the right to void bonus awards where it reasonably believes multiple accounts are being used to exploit a promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that limit derived from bonus funds will be voided at the time of withdrawal processing.
• taya7 Right to Modify or Withdraw: taya7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the taya7 platform — including slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, Bingo, racing, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

taya7 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games and employs regulated live dealer operations for table games. Game outcomes are determined independently of taya7 and are subject to the integrity standards required under PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, taya7's policy is as follows:

• If a malfunction prevents a game round from completing, taya7 will endeavor to restore the game session to its state immediately prior to the malfunction.
• Where restoration is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's taya7 wallet.
• taya7 is not liable for losses caused by player-side technical issues, including poor internet connectivity, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any payout resulting from a demonstrable game malfunction or software error is void and will not be honored.

taya7 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at odds or stakes that were displayed due to a technical error on the taya7 platform. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one taya7 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with taya7 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the taya7 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise interfere with the taya7 platform software or infrastructure.
• Using the taya7 platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments).
• Allowing any third party to access or use your taya7 account, or accessing another player's taya7 account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players or taya7 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the taya7 platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to taya7 support immediately; failure to report a known vulnerability while continuing to benefit from it will be treated as fraudulent conduct.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya7 platform — including but not limited to the taya7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any taya7 content without prior written consent.
• Use the taya7 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on any taya7 content or platform features.
• Frame or mirror any taya7 page on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of taya7 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming funds resulting from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or errors.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.

taya7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the taya7 platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your taya7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits taya7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

taya7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your taya7 account at any time and without prior notice if taya7 reasonably believes you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if taya7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination of your account:

• All pending bets and active game sessions will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, taya7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Where an account is closed at your request (voluntary closure), any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.

You may request voluntary closure of your taya7 account at any time by contacting taya7 customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as a priority and will trigger the self-exclusion protocols described in the Responsible Gaming policy.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and taya7, you agree to first contact taya7 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. taya7 will endeavor to resolve all player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

taya7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya7 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the taya7 platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the taya7 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the taya7 platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
